- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and press to cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until no longer pink. Add the onion and bell pepper about halfway through, cooking and stirring until tender. Drain off excess grease and stir in the sloppy Joe sauce. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and spread to cover evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the biscuits are cooked through, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on top. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted, about 10 more minutes

Lasagna roll ups
1 lb ground beef or turkey
9 lasagna noodles
1 8 oz container cottage cheese
1 8oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar pasta sauce
Brown ground beef and drain. Cook lasagna noodles until almost done, Drain. Dry off noodles using a kitchen towel. I dry them individually.
Preheat oven to 350.
Lay noodle flat. Starting at one end place a line of cooked ground beef down the middle of the noodles leaving about 1/4 of the noodle at the opposite end without beef. Do the same with cottage cheese and the mozzearella. Roll noodle up. Place in bottom of a 8X8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Follow the same steps for the remaining at noodles. They will be a tight fit so you might have to squeeze them in. Pour pasta sauce on top of noodles and top with any remaining ground beef and/or cheeses. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
