easy pigs in a blanket

1 tube crescent roll dough
1 package hotdogs

open dough tube. lay cresecent roll sections out flat. Wipe off hotdog so it is dry and place on larger end of dough.  Roll hot dog in the dough.  Bake according to instructions on dough tube.  Serve with ketchup if desired. 

for a cheesy version, place a slice of american cheese on the dough before placing the hotdog.  Trim cheese to fit the dough and put the leftover pieces on as well.
