grilled shishkabobs

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 sirloin steak
cherry tomatoes
green bell pepper
red bell pepper
orange bell pepper
whole mushrooms
vidalia onion
Other veggies or meats depending on your tastes.  You can use shrimp, etc.

marinade chicken and steak.  Grill meats until done.  Cut into chunks.  Chuck peppers into large chunk.  Spear meat and veggies alternating 1 piece of meat, a couple veggies, 1 piece of meat, couple veggies, etc.  Until stick is full.  Grill for 5-10 minutes until veggies cook.  Serve hot.  Serve with a side of rice and sweet and sour sauce if desired.
